Relaxation with Intention Series are music albums with relaxation songs. The music is not typical relaxation music, it contains special vocal arrangements to help you strenghten the intentions.
Each song was created for a specific intention. You can download the intentions in various languages here and print them out for your comfort. You are free to create your own intentions you feel.
There is no "right" way to relax. In general, you might want to find a silent place, kindly ask other not to disturb you, get in a comfortable position, play the music, close your eyes, feel your intention, and let go. You can listen to one song in loop, or to all songs in the order as given on the album to guide you through a complex relaxation and intention process: from calming down, relaxing your body, releasing your past, healing, filling yourself up with love, and then "waking up" into joy again.
